I'm wondering if this substitution has fixed the plastic on metal connection i described above. Is this new part compatible with mine?Īlso has anyone had good luck with the replacement part: 75180- VL0- B03? This is not the original part that came with the mower. I see the newer model of my mower that is still sold at Home Depot has a "button" design for the Roto Stop, instead of mine which is more of a clutch. W as/Is this under recall by Honda in the past? My questions? I see the replacement part for the Roto Blade to be: 75180- VL0- B03. Thus why the blade will nto stayed engaged. The Honda Roto-Stop® Blade Stop System provides quick blade stopping without shutting off the lawnmower allows for bag emptying without restarting the engine and self propel without the blade engaged. As this plastic piece has wore and will not hold the spring under any applied tension. I took Rotoswitch apart and I see a metal spring attached to a plastic piece inside the switch. Had to replace the carb which was no big deal. Just picked up this mower for cheap(HRR2163VXA).
